How much does shipping cost?

We keep our shipping costs completely straightforward. We charge a flat delivery rate of $6.99 USD for all standard domestic shipments within the United States. This rate remains the same regardless of how many items are in your order.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

To ensure your garments arrive safely and efficiently, we partner with leading domestic logistics networks:

What are your handling and transit timelines?

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed, packaged, and prepared for carrier pickup within 1 business day.
  • Transit Time: Once picked up by the carrier, delivery to your designated address takes between 2 to 6 business days.

What is your daily order cut-off time?

Our operational cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST enter our fulfillment system the same day. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, begin processing on the following business day.

Can I track my package?

Yes. As soon as your order is labeled and dispatched from our facility, an automated notification will be sent to your registered email address. This email will contain a unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's live portal so you can monitor your shipment's journey.

2. Orders, Cancellations, & Modifications

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we work quickly to achieve our 1-day handling turnaround, the window for changes is very small. You can modify or cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Please email support@layeredstylestudio.shop immediately with your order number and request. If the order has already been processed or handed to a carrier, it cannot be canceled or changed, and you must follow our standard return process after delivery.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately via email. If your package has not been dispatched, we will gladly update the delivery address profile. However, once a parcel leaves our facility with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are operationally unable to alter the route or recall the shipment.

We want you to love your new tops. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 60 calendar days from the date the carrier logs the package as delivered.

Are there any return or restocking fees?

No. We enforce a strict zero-fee policy ($0.00). We do not charge restocking or return processing fees, and we will provide you with a complimentary prepaid return shipping label to send your items back to our Sanderson, FL facility.

What are the eligibility rules for returns?

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, free of makeup or perfume, and with all original commercial product tags and fabric labels firmly attached.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return shipment is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically within 24 to 48 hours of arrival), your refund will be processed. We guarantee that your funds will be released back to your original payment method (PayPal or Venmo) within 12 calendar days.
