We specialize in bringing unique, high-quality women's clothing tops to our customers, and we take claims of copyright, trademark, and patent infringement very seriously.

In accordance with global intellectual property standards, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established this Intellectual Property Claim Policy to outline how owners of proprietary rights can report alleged infringements occurring on our website.

1. Corporate Identity and Registered Agent

To ensure swift and legally sound processing of any intellectual property complaints, all official notices must be transmitted directly to our designated compliance department.

2. Procedure for Filing an Infringement Claim

If you believe that your copyrighted work, trademark, or brand asset has been copied, displayed, or distributed on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a formal, written notification to our agent via email at support@layeredstylestudio.shop.

To be legally valid, your notice must include the following information:

• Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a registration number or link to the original design asset).
• Identification of Infringing Material: Specific identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing on our Site, including the exact URL(s) of the product page hosting the women's top in question, so we can locate it quickly.
• Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright or trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Our Response and Takedown Protocol

Upon receiving a complete and legally valid infringement notice that satisfies all the requirements listed above, Layeredstylestudio will take immediate action:

• Removal of Content: We will remove or disable public access to the allegedly infringing material or product listing within 24 to 48 hours.
• Supplier Notification: We will notify our design team, manufacturer, or platform supplier regarding the takedown so they can review the dispute.
• Logistics & Order Management Hold: If the affected item is tied to any unfulfilled orders pending our daily 5:00 PM EST cut-off, those specific item lines will be placed on an administrative hold until legal clarity is achieved.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If a listing for a garment has been removed due to an intellectual property claim and you believe this occurred due to a mistake, misidentification, or misinterpretation of rights, you may submit a formal Counter-Notification to our support desk at support@layeredstylestudio.shop.

Your counter-notice must contain:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the specific URL location before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, physical address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to local jurisdiction for legal matters related to the dispute.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may send a copy to the original complaining party informing them that the removed material may be restored in 10 to 14 business days unless the rights owner files a formal lawsuit seeking a court order against the provider.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Layeredstylestudio maintains a strict zero-tolerance threshold for intentional intellectual property theft. In accordance with our platform security protocols, we reserve the right to permanently terminate the accounts, supplier contracts, or access privileges of any user, designer, or merchant vendor who is repeatedly found to be a repeat infringer of copyright or trademark assets.

6. Integration with Core Store Policies

This Intellectual Property Claim Policy functions in tandem with our wider corporate guidelines. If a product listing is permanently removed due to a verified infringement claim, any pending customer orders for that specific item that have not yet crossed our 1-day handling window will be canceled immediately. A 100% full refund will be processed and returned to the customer's original PayPal or Venmo account within our standard 12-day refund timeline at no additional cost.
